       When I sat down to write this blog article, I took a quick poll from my friend  Osaze on how well dogs and cats do a certain job. Due to the really great feedback I received after replacing Osaze dogs, we now know that cats are better than dogs in performing some task.some of which are,independence including airport good security sense, cats is are even being gradually proposed for the detection of illegal goods. This modification might be a change in security protocols worldwide.

The Feline Olfactory Observation Laboratory in Port Moresby has found that cats may have  a better sense of smell than dogs, who have for a long time been known for their olfactory  abilities. With 200 million olfactory receptors – only 5 million of which are in humans –  cats are better than most dog breeds at this task. That would make them particularly useful at identifying hidden  items in security screenings.

Papua New Guinea’s April River Airport (APR) is the  first airport in the world to use sniffer cats in its security system after responding to the potential of  cats after improvements in training cats to obey commands since they are usually independent. Dr. Kitty  Stroker, an expert in feline behavior, points out that while cats are notorious free thinkers, some strategies  that have been found to work include using treats and clickers.

Conclusion:

Cats are being tested out in  airport security, and their usefulness compared to dogs is yet to be known. Can cats take over from  dogs in this vital role?
